Shopping Basics
We try to dispatch your package as soon as possible; however, please note that processing time can take up to five (5) working days.
At the moment we are offering only Post Express service via Post of Serbia. Delivery time should be one day after you receive the shipping confirmation email, and while most packages are delivered the next working day, some of them take up to three working days to be delivered.
We take our customer satisfaction very seriously and if there is a problem with your order we would be more than happy to do right by you and accept your return.
Also, if you just change your mind, all returns will be accepted within 30 days of the day of purchase.
The cost of return shipping is on the buyer. Please get in touch with us via our contact page and we’ll provide you with all return information.

Payments
We accept direct bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Since the cash on delivery is a value added service provided by the Postal service, higher shipping costs are expected. Our checkout page will inform you with the projected shipping cost.

We don’t, you will pay what you see on the checkout page (shipping charges with cash on delivery service may vary slightly).
Maleni Atelier is a enterprenuership exempt from the Value Added Tax system in the Republic of Serbia.
